This past weekend I had to bring my 9 year old cousin in to OrthoNY Clifton Park after he had fallen off his bike. From the moment we walked in we were cared for and the special attention given to this scared boy by Krista at the front desk was absolutely amazing. As someone who never experienced a broken bone, let alone a broken bone of a child, I was nervous not only for him but for me! Krista made everything so seamless and I honestly couldn't be more thankful for the kindness of all the staff, and most importantly Krista!!!
